For the 2.8/3.1 it's GM P/N 10044867. Comes with the mounting hardware, which is important since the aftermarket ones do not.

Is it possible to adapt this to a 3100/3400 engine?

I have no idea. It's a 12mm bolt, so if you have a boss with 12mm threads in your block, it should screw right in.

But it does fit the 2.8/3.1 mpfi engines right?
What do they run pricewise?

holy old post here, but yes, they fit the 2.8/3.1 MPFI (I have one on mine). They are about $35 at your local dealer, obviously cheaper through gmpd.

pose d’autocollant adhésif Antibes, which is important since the aftermarket ones do not.
Not bad at all, I think I'll get to this device.
