Not bad, if you replace the section to the left of the MAF you'll get better results.  But otherwise anything is better than stock.     I have the same general set up on my GTZ right now.  Sometime over the winter I might invest in a full CAI for a little more power.

Funny story really, when I took out the stock airbox... I didn't even have an air filter lol.

Ha, I drove my jeep for like 3,000 miles without an air filter.  mostly because the vent tube going into the valve cover was messed up and it would trash an air filter in less than 100 miles time.

hell, no!   In fact, when I first got the car the cone filter that was in it had a tiny little hole in it.  That day it got a whole new intake.  And the filter off the GTZ went on my Jeep.   Hey, at least it's got a filter now right?  LOL

Yea, that's the way to do it Bandit! Hey Random when you get the chance buy a CAI. I have one now, but it's not on. I did try to use half of it for a short ram and ended up with something like yours. Man, that stock pipe kills flow. I'll be happy when it's gone, so if you find something out there tell me. As of now I just don't have the time to cut the intake hole to the 3 inches for the CAI.
