Got that sucker on the ground!!!!
I'm thinking it's gonna be hard to get back in.
I also gotta hold my camera more steady so my pix aren't fuzzy.

Since you have a hoist there, you can use it to reach down through the bay and hook onto the tranny when you are ready to pull it back in. I've done that a few times too -works like a charm usually. Better than using ratchet-straps (with safety chains, of course) to leverage a transaxle up...

Yes, I used that hoist to get it out. I figured I do the same to get it back in. It balances pretty well,
hanging by one of the dowel/engine bolt holes.
