One of my co workers has something similar, a '90 Civic hatch... he bought it this way in March for $700, It has...

no carpet
no rear seat
no radio
no interior trim from b-pillars back
no spare
no jack
no locks
no rear shocks
no hubcaps
no a/c
no heat
no p/s (no belt)

But it does have...
full stainless exhaust installed
turbo sitting in the spare well
turbo headers sitting where the rear seat was
stock 95 hp engine
>215,000 miles
2 x Bose 6.5" (no radio)

He painted the exterior trim, removed the amp that was powering the Bose speakers, and installed adjustable coil overs on the original shocks. That's all, and he's going to sell it already, for twice what he paid.
