I'm still not a fan of the clear look though... It's too ricer for me. Reminds me of the Altezza fad...

OH, did I mention the fact that I plan to darken them? LOL

They get the outer lip painted black, the backing is painted black, etc. They don't need any reflectivity since LEDs will shine straight out. Nothing to reflect. So they will be clear, but will appear much darker than the ones you would just buy and put a bulb in.

Yeah, I have to agree, plain clear with no modding looks very ricer to me as well. One reason we re-did the ones on my dad's S10 tail lights. Took the bling out of them by painting the outer trims black instead of chrome. Much better.

Now you've peaked my interest in the bumper lights. Would you do bumper lights and a set of sidemarkers in a trade for OEM fogs? haha

LOL

The bumper lights alone I'm charging $131 a pair and you would have to provide the housings! I figured 90 (plus whatever the shipping is for those) was a deal for a pair AND I provided housings and shipping for them! :D I have the parts and stuff to make a set see already. Besides, I want to see someone actually have one of these sets.

Side markers are another 116......... ;) So a bit more than I think I want to put into a set of fog lights than I can't use for a while.

You have visited the LED page since the last revamp, haven't you woody?

Probably not, I'll take a look. Will the bumper lights flash correctly? I remember I put LED bulbs in my Camaro (same signal setup as our Berettas) and it didn't work right...even with an electronic flasher.

Yes. I bundle a load resistor with them, they will work just fine. The lamps come with a direct plug in connector bulb base for the existing socket, and the load resistors mount right to the steel inner bumper. You don't even have to do anything, other than mount the light, mount the resistors and plug it in. lol

There is confusion here.

The ones you linked are the "off road" style. There is a blazer clear replacement that is a direct replacement for the GLASS HOUSING.

You throw away the rest, but use your old housing. I swapped my cracked ones out for these. Not the happiest with them as they are flat and not angled, but I dont' feel like giving the lady on ebay $100 since every auction where she sold a pair, the price went up $20 next listing...

Those will go with some other parts on a shelf till I find a replacement body to rebuild. hehe
