Yes, with no cat or resonator our cars sound like crap. The easiest fix is to add a glasspack to the piping. The longer the better. Put it as far back as you can so the exhaust gas has some time to cool before it gets to it. It will help it last longer. What type of muffler is it?

not exactly sure what the brand is its just a stock one from auto zone

what is glasspack i have hears of it but im not sure what it is, could you explain it to me that would be great thanks

Straight through tube muffler where the center tube is perforated and it is surrounded or packed with fiberglass.
