'88 GT Exhaust

Postby SuzukiGhostRider » Tue Apr 01, 2008 1:02 pm

As the title states, quick clip of the '88 GT's exhaust. High Flow Cat with a FLOWMASTER (mod plz correct title) 40 series , 2.5" exhaust. She was still warming up when I clipped the vid, so the resting idle is a bit high since it hadn't warmed up to normal op temp yet. I also noticed it looks like I'm still burning off a bit of that "I sat ignored for 2 years" oil buildup, lol. Notice it quits by the end of the vid. :D

That sounds like a v8 with that exhaust! Almost like my dads 72 Skylark 350.

It does have a nice sound to it. I never thought about it, but it rather does sort of have the V-8 rumble to it a bit ,huh? :D

sounds good

also nice job with the camera shot, most people put it to close to the exhaust and you can't hear it very well

Had Magnaflow on the brain as I was chatting back and forth with Chevyguy about his exhaust while I was uploading my clip I guess.... :D

I like it alot, but is it really raspy when you let off the gas? Or is that just the camera?

Ya got me.  But it's fixed...

The raspiness is typical flowmaster.
