Just a tip? As in just the crome piece? No? If you want it loud, take it to the exhaust shop, give them "roughly" $300, tell them you want it loud. And you'll get a loud car .

If you can't afford that, go to the hardware store, buy a hack saw with metal blades (there is a difference between metal and wood blades), cut off your muffler. Then when you're driving around and a cop pulls you over and gives you a ticket for $100+ for breaking sound ordances, etc. You'll wish you had an exhaust put on .

Then get the magnaflow muffer.. theres no problems to cut the old muffler off and welding the new muffler on. And if you take the catalytic converter out then you car will be a bit louder.. or get a magnaflow high flow cat in combo with the magnaflow muffer.

What engine have your beretta?

That's a good looking muffler. But as michael said, get a high flow cat too while you're at it.

If you can't weld and don't know anyone that can, get a quote from a exhaust shop with that muffler (if that's what you realy want) see how much they will charge you for install and for the mufller/high flow cat (if you want a high flow cat). If you can get the parts cheaper online, take them the parts and tell them you want it on your car. Install will still cost around $200-$300 + parts. All depends on the shop though. Ask around. My friend was charged $150 to have just an aero turbine muffler put on his car, and they only bent 2 feet of piping. Sometimes they'll cut you a deal if you buy the parts from them instead of just install. They will know what mufflers/cat combos will make the car soudn the best. It is what they do...

Yeah, you put a muffler on and wait on a cat. But like I said, talk to an exhaust shop if you don't know anyone that can weld. They will help you decide what you want .

Or you can do a hybrid motor, 3400/3500, and a fat, cam, and 2 1/2 custom bent exhaust through a Edlebrock SDT muffler with dual outlets and go to some Gibson square truck tips and get this...
