Headers for the 2.2l

Post by AllProsNoCons »

Okay, So I have got a Beretta with the 2.2l OHV motor
And I am not trying to make a super car of any kind so please don't tell me not to waist my time on
this motor. I am just trying to work with what I got so I was wondering if someone could tell me if these headers
would work for my 2.2l, and if they won't can someone tell me where I can get some at a decent price?

Thanks in advanced, :good:

Where is the o2 bung, on the back? It's a 4-1 header not a 4-2-1. It will do more for top end power. I could be wrong, but I think the down pipe is a little small. A Pacesetter header would be better. I'm not sure, but I think you could use one for a Cavalier 2.2. Check into it before you buy to be sure it's the same.

It may work, I don't think anyone has tried that one. I would cut that necked down section off if it did fit. The pacesetter is pretty much the only one we know fits.

Well that was just an example I didn't mean that header in particular I just used that one because it was for a 2.2l cavalier.

And the pacesetter headers are quite expensive I am not really trying to spend $230+ on some headers, Thats almost half of what I paid for the car. lol

Anymore information anyone has would be great.
