Chrome Lug Nuts

I am currently fitting my '91 GT with Z26 wheels. The question I have is... if any knows if there is a quality chrome lug nut that will hold both the wheel on and secure the center cover. So you have to remove the lug nut to remove the center cap. Am I out of luck on this part if I want a better looking lug nut and I don't want my center caps walking away? I would also settle with titanium and black chrome. Thanks ahead of time.
