I have not, but I did buy a replacement ignition switch which I still have to install on my 90 GTZ.
New ones can be purchased still if you need a replacement, at least for the 87-90 cars.

Yea, I bought one from Amazon, however it seemed to much work to figure out the wires. My key cylinder needs to be replaced. I might just fix that instead of going with a aftermarket one.

lol I thought the key cylinder is what you were talking about. That is what I have but never installed yet.
A Multimeter can help figure out which wires do what. One is 12v power and the rest are switched depending.
