3.1 oil pan gasket reusable?

Well I pulled off the oil pan off my spare motor and it has like a 1/4" rubber gasket that looks reusable is it?

for a new gasket it's like 20.00. It's not worth the chance.

Oh the money isnt an issue but it looks like a well designed gasket and the bolts arnt torqued very tightly so I figured that it was reusable and just needed some new silicone.

But if its not its no big deal. Thanks guys.
