Fuel line problem?
Fuel line problem?
My 1989 Beretta GT (2.8 litre/automatic) did something today.  While driving, i heard a clicking noise.  Let off the gas, then accelerated and the noise was gone.  The next time i let off the gas, the car died and wouldn't re-start.  Tries....just won't.  Is it a plugged fuel filter?  Bad fuel pump?  And if it's either one of those, PLEASE let me know where they are.  And explain this just like you were talking to a little kid.  Thanks so much. Fuel line problem?
Turn the key to on but not start. Listen very carefully if you hear a whine. If you don't then the fuel pump isn't running.
It could very likely be also the crank shaft position sensor. If you have no spark, then it's likely that. Does it start after it cools off?

Fuel line problem?
Tried starting it after it had sat there all night/day and again it tried but just wouldn't.  Something
new has been added.  Now as the engine is cranking, there's this whiny/whistle sort of noise.
No idea what that is.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
