you need to work on your cross weights there, looks like you could jack the Left Front up a bit to help even things out.

I have been shedding some pounds if I might say so   ...all thanks to edumacation. School ain't easy but that is all me + caro...
In any event this was a prelim, just to see where the vehicle was...
two issues...I never disonnected the swaybar and I believe the exhaust may be causing the rear to be off by plenty. It is slightly resting on the rear beam...it will be corrected, I had to return the scale earlier than planned.
Thanks for the advice...still some more work to do...

EIt be nice to see you around...so finished the brake project?
Brakes almost done, just need the material for the brackets.  Cad drawing of the bracket is done and should fit with maybe slight modification to clear.  I have been concentrating on my transmission build right now.  That should be completed by next week.  It was done yesterday but a new part failed on me.  More info on that can be found in my Dead soul returns thread.

And those are the same scales we use at home to scale the race car.  Too bad your so far away I would let you borrow them when you need them.

friken race car weighs 3130 with the driver too... 3100 weight rule.

With full interior and me in it my car is near that weight.  I was thinking the car only on a race day is 2700 without seats.

My car still has AC.

Yeah but your car doesn't have a full iron V6 3800 and 4t60-e trans Rex!!! Speaking of AC, I gotta find me a compressor...
nocutt: do you have full interior?

Full interior is very relative IsaacHayes...my whole interior has been redone minimally...although I know for a fact the little things will start adding up...I did not have stereo, my 'big box' in the trunk etc, etc...I know for a fact when the car gets on the street it will be at least 30XXlb that is also a relative weight...nevertheless very respectable considering the hp to wt ratio...I hopes!!
Who needs AC in Southern California

Exactly why my car doesn't have a big iron pig and slushbox.....  I used my car to carve corners at auto-xes and I can rotate the car by touching the brake or lifting the throttle...  All with stock stuff except springs, and it was better with stock springs as far as balance.

Hope to see you get this thing running sometime.
