Quad 4 Tuning

My GTZ needs a tune.....bad.
Ive heard to get a hold of the guy that burns chips....well he never replys back. So anyone know how to tune OBDI? All i have is an intake and Ron's header but i want to at the very least dial that in before I look into W41 cams.
