Yeah thats what I was thinking. It would be good center them in the wheel well with desired caster because if your a few degrees off it could move the wheel front to back a fair bit.

If I remember right I increased my BMW caster by around 2 degrees and it looked like the wheel moved about a half inch.

I was playing with this on mine yesterday. It looks like corner of z04 sideskirt to center of wheel is about 14.75 inches,

Damn thats a lot! I was running 5* on the beretta fwd, just pulled the subframe up as far as it would go. Not sure what the factory specs were or how much i really moved it tho. Visually nothing changed. I guess i better figure out how do measure it on this suspension..

Thanks! Honestly i probably would have over looked that.

Btw hows your rwd setup going??

Good Stuff,

and to answer your question about the bellhousing, I am hoping that the torque tube is long enough to put the tunnel mostly into the engine bay. if not, then i will have to work around it. i planned on scrapping the entire dash and HVAC and going with a custom aluminum dash anyways.

Oh nice. You can cut the tube up to make them longer or shorter too. Ive never seen it in process so im not quite sure whats involved. But i have seen the end result of one

Good point Barry. Just a few degrees of caster can make a big difference on wheel placement. I found that out with mine too. Lots of control arm swaps for muscle cars add caster with only the upper. You really need to do it with upper and lower to keep the wheel location the same.

been VERY busy, rebuild my jetski literally from the ground up and had a career change. Finally had a change to get my shed/shop cleaned up and cleaned up around the car to make room to work on it again. few more weeks and I should be able to make some progress. yes, this is still happening.

I almost put a days work into it last sunday.. BUT I happen to buy another car last min. It took all day to get it home. I know what your thinking.. but its ok, its a parts car for the project lol.

You may know this car, after pulling some parts off of it I was going to use on my build, I decided to save it from the crusher, along with a storage unit of parts. This was my friends car, very sad but it was suffering from cancer.. This old quad4 turbo Beretta will live on!

I plan to sell them at some point. I have a few sets.. the issue is shipping is $25 or $50 each wheel. I got a quote awhile back but cant remember what one it was..
