Im looking to purchase one for my 96 Z26 and I do have the MAF sensor on my car. . .but does those intakes have a hookup where the MAF sensor goes??

I believe you need to shorten a section and use an extra coupler. I think its in the FAQ on their website

yeh you do have to modify the intake to run a MAF i've looked into it as well, I'm running the 2.8L, Did you say your running the 3.1L? I' was sure that all the 3.1's were IAT not MAF, Anyways I've heard you can swap the IAT sensor and the computer out of a newer car without any problem, Do a little more research on the topic ( in other words don't take my word for it ) just something i've read i'm gooing to try it my self!!

spicer_43 has a very good description on what to do.
When you find a ECU to replace yours, make sure it says Speed Density Upgrade on it. Also make sure that the car it is coming from has the same (2.8/3.1MPFI) engine/trans (Auto for Auto, Manual for Manual) combo as yours.

this is on a 96 guys, there is no taking the maf sensor out. Its OBD II
