3800 swap question......again

Post by kmb91396 »

Im currently doing a 3800 motor swap into a corsica. I know you guys have done some 3800 swaps in berettas here and i was wondering if you guys know of a manual tranny that will work in this car. The 3800 is a series II sc out of a 2000 grand prix. If no manual is out there for it what is the best tranny?

Thanks in advance

the 5spd from the L body that was on the 3.1 and 2.8's will work and bolt up. You will need a custom fly wheel or something though for it. I know it's been done before. (but maybe not in an L body).
