Buying stuff that is clean is much more inviting, the mind is powerful thing you know, the mind is goin to buy something very shiney and clean before something that is very dirty

Those headers are going to bring out the pure die hards, they are going to sell well even if they were dipped in poo :P

I would love those manifolds, but my 3.1T manifold is worth holding onto.  If they were selling seperate, I would buy the lower one.

I have the extra parts just about sold.  Check "For Sale" for the remaining few items.

So I torn down the block.  After 70K on the rebuilt motor it was still in one piece.  About half that was under boost but mostly daily driven on the highway.  The cam journals had pits in them.  The crank bearings were fine but the rod bearings had noticable wear and were into the brass.  The timing chain had more slack than my bicycle chain.  So much so it  broke part plastic guide.  The sprokets on either end were quite worn.  One piston ring land was broken.  Remember this car was stolen and over heated warping the heads.  I don't think it would handle much more punishment.

Now on to better things!
