-Return line $10.76
-Extension to pump $19.49
O2 Sensor $55.99

3 Prong ECT Connector to sensor $15.29
3 Prong ECT Plug $24.99
Oil PSI Sensor $29.99

Things I Need to buy
1996 Interior harness
1996 Intrument Gauge Cluster - In the process of buying.
Fuel Lines

Lower Motor Mount (Dog bone)
I am sure I will need more.

Things Already Done
Pulled 2.2L
Pulled everything out but ABS and Tranny

Put one of the P/S lines on.

Things to do
Install Throttle cable

2 Harness Problems: 1 and problem 2- Harness came out of an auto and this tranny is a manual. I know there is a speed sensor in there and a reverse sensor for the lights.
Exhaust work
Im sure I will find more!

Most of the time people post like crazy on this kinda thing,I don't know what is going on! If you want someone to say something I will. I'd say stick with NA that's going to be hard enough, but if turbo is what you want go for it. Remember to change your suspension the old stuff won't be to happy with the new weight.

Yea I would have to agree with you on bnet becoming dead.  But there are still a few dedicated members out there. And to 2nd money pit keep us up to date and good luck. I would love to turbo the quad but don't feel like spending the money.

90 GTZ - Mostly stock
84 Z28- Sold  Was a better beater than beretta.

3 Prong ECT Plug $24.99
Oil PSI Sensor $29.99
Cam Shaft Plug $17.65
1996 Instrument Gauge Cluster $160

If I don't need to buy it Then I have it already from a 1994 Z26 3.1 SFi

Things I Need to buy (Posted In Wanted Area) 10/19/07
1996 Interior harness - In the process of Buying...
Fuel Lines
Throttle Cable
Alternator - Might have In garage But Priced at Napa
Starter - Might have in garage But Priced at Napa
Motor Mounts
Power Tuner Or HP Tuner
Turbo Stuff- In the process...
I am sure I will need more.

Things Already Done
Pulled 2.2L
Pulled everything out but ABS and Tranny
Put in all sensors and plugs.
Put one of the P/S lines on.

Things to do
Install Throttle cable

Install Instrument gauge Cluster
Install Fuel lines
Install Engine
2 Harness Problems:1 and problem 2- Harness came out of an auto and this tranny is a manual. I know there is a speed sensor in there and a reverse sensor for the lights.
Exhaust work
Move Battery To Trunk
Im sure I will find more!

Total: $1,545.90 and climbing!

Hard To Say When I Do The Below:

Things I Plan On Doing After Engine Project 1
I Think I Really Don't Have a Choice So I Guess I'll pick me up a HM282 w/slave Cyclinder.
Power Lock kit - $23.04
Power Window Kit
Alarm/Keyless entry - Have the kit. Forgot Price
Might Make The Interior Grey:
- Have Base Seats and back seat.
- Most Interior plastic.
- Will need center area and new Dash Cap.
GTU Rims- In the process of buying...
Sun roof- Not even really looked into.
Have windows tinted by pro.
Z04 Kit- In the process of buying...
Paint whole car Black
Put Z26 Spoiler On- Have from prior 94 Z26
Oh almost forgot needs a front window haha I also wrecked this car into a wall. SO I already have the headlights and fenders and hood bought.

Questions/Help:
Is Tranny going to hold up - Nope, need to get a HM282 - Should I rebuild with higher gears. Speed faster.
Fuel pump from a 94 Z26. Will it fit?
Turbo setup
Suspension setup
*Note: Please Keep in mind this is my play car not really worried about gas mileage :head: *

Engine Project 2
Now these are things I WANT to do, due to money I know I will have to pick and choose. Basically I want to rebuild the engine so that it will be able to handle a turbo and then some.  When/If I do this I plan on painting the engine bay Black.

If you have a laptop HP Tuners would be better than a power tuner for the turbo. It may be hard to find manifolds or headers for the turbo set up. I think that there was a GM 3.1 turbo in Isuzu trucks, but I could be wrong. Don't know what years.

I really would like a tool that does both OBD 1.5 And 2.  Reason is because I a 95 and soon to be a OBDII car.
