What day/night would this be planned for? I would probably be willing to participate if desperately needed to have enough people but my honest opinion is if I'm going to drop nearly $100 on one event I would rather it be for something involving the Berettas such as drag racing, autocross, road course or something like that.

Karts will be on Friday this year. Look for an updated itinerary this evening hopefully.

GW, we are looking at $80 total cost. You get a LOT of seat time - check out the brochures attached in the first post!

Ok guys/gals... We have 9 (8?) people signed up and a few asking questions. Let's get this up to 10 so I can book the date and get this rolling!!

Eric, do I need to take a name off the list...?

Being that it is Friday night I believe I'm going to pass on the carts. Not sure what the plans are as far as drag racing but they are having what is called a Club Clash event at Bandimere Speedway on Friday night, so I'm leaning more in that direction. $35 for guaranteed 3 passes, more if you advance past the 1st round.

GDUB,

We have eliminated the Drags from this year's BFest.

You have to understand that this group is used to paying that much for unlimited passes at a test and tune type of an event. Plus, it has been discussed that the guaranteed three passes, with the size of the event at Bandimere, can take anywhere from 2 hours to 4 hours. Ain't nobody got time fo' 'dat!

Courtesy of some confirmations on Facebook, we are at or above our minimum of 10 entrants!

I will be contacting the track tomorrow and getting things set up officially. Those of you who have singed up will be getting an email from me regarding the deposit.

I HIGHLY recommend that if you are a person who is still interested to please still sign up here on the thread. If you are on before we send deposit, you can still get in on that.

I will confirm with the track tomorrow, but in the past we have dealt with future entrants like this: You can still sign up, however you will just be responsible for the full $80 at the time of the event instead of the $40 deposit and remaining $40 at the event.

Looking forward to some needed track time!!

These Sodi GT5 carts have weight boxes.
That means they can add weight to your skinny guys carts and you LOSE your power to weight ratio advantage. BWAHAHAHAAHA!!!!
