Willwood has some good info on piston sizes and how it will affect travel and pressure. I used their info to hone my expertise when it came to the Valenti Modified race car brakes.

Yeah, getting the hydraulics set up for a brake system is all math.

So, with all these brake masters being used, which one will give the best braking power for a stock set up?

Stock.

You could go to a smaller piston to get more pressure at the cost of more travel...but there would really be no point.

They have better braking because they have better brakes not just a different master.
