Well it was right til yesterday.

And mine is set for Eastern Standard time.

But it still say "All times are UTC - 5 hours [ DST ]

And this post was made at 9:06 AM EST

It's not the end of the world, but I'm bored and have nothing better to bietch about right now.

There is a radial button below time zone that says Summer time/DST is in effect, YES OR NO... and the time change was Sunday AM at 2, hence the reason why it was wrong yesterday.

Bottom line its not a board global setting... Mine is reading correct.
