always wondered how the z24 spoiler would look on a beeretta... an now i'm glad i didn't buy one. the stock spoiler always looks decent. I ended up with a fiero gt spoiler, and was able to chop enough off the stock posts to lower it ("stealth mounts" were made at some point, but impossible to find, and the mod was very easy...)

GTU or relocated GT spoiler. The J body style doesnt look good in my opinion.

No one like the cavy spoiler huh? I always thought it looked fitting for the body. Maybe its the way the ard brake.light is all blocky? What is you guys dont.like about it? On the.note of the Fiero spoiler, still seems a bit big for the cars back end...idk...

I have three decklids... Spoilerless... GTU and Z26... Not all painted yet but I do plan on doing that ;)

I think the relocated Z spoiler hangs off the back just a bit too much.... and where the J-body does line up with the body of the beretta I feel that it's just not right seeing how those side legs look like they want to touch the body but just arent... and the Fiero one in my opinion is just a bit too large, front to back and the position on berettaboi's car seems set back a bit much...

Call me a purist.. or just used to the looks but I like how the Z and GTU spoilers are placed by the factory... And I'm very partial to the GTU one... I think that is the style that will make it to the pink car soon.

The J spoiler doesnt line up with the L's body lines all that great.

GTU spoiler is what Id use, but Im more about GTU looks than the GT's.

i was thinkin of maybe even going to a cut down Lumina Z34 spoiler. I like how it looked on Kris Lerchens car, maybe i'll do that...who knows.

Not really digging the Z24 spoiler. That blocky 3rd brake light doesnt looking appealing.

Its funny how a WRX STI with a huge spoiler and a small bumper with no lip kit still looks good....LOL

So as posted in a few other places, i got the door open on my car finally. Its nice to be able to work out of that door for things. I have a lot of stuff i need to work on in that department as well. Mainly, since the dash has to come out, it will be easier now. Found out the latch was just really, really stuck. It looks like whats broken that i originally thought was a latch control device, is actually the dome light switch. So im not sure if the cracks in it are affecting it at all. But i pulled the whole assembly out and cleaned it. Im gonna re-grease it and see how it works. Here the pics i took:

The previous owner needs to be shot, plain and simple.

Curious to see how this turns out.

Yeah, they said they wanted to do all this stuff with it and it was their baby....i couldnt see anything that supported that at all. The good news is, shes gettin love now. Slowly, but shes gettin it. Still need to get that blasted ugly spoiler off there...

Finally got around to getting that ugly ass Tiburon spoiler off the back of the car. Looks alot better, but now i have open holes. Eh, for the time being, i have the holes covered with electrical tape covering them up. I'll get a pic tomorrow and get it posted up. I also tried to remove the resonator pipe to get the chopped part fixed and the bolts are frozen. So now im just gonna leave it on and have the exhaust shop take care of it. I have a 2.25" Magnaflow muffler im prolly gonna replace that Thrush muffler that the previous owner stuck on there, and get some good looking tips on the back end. Although, i do wanna do a full 2.5" truck. We will see.

Slowly but surely, i'll get there. The real fun will come when my Z04 kit, wheels. front end parts and my old GTZ's deck lid Drilled for a GTU spoiler gets here. Im all kinds of excited...

Im on the look out for a complete grey interior, problem is, there are no Berettas in the local yards for me to check out. So if people can help me when the time comes, I will need it all right down to the carpet and seatbelts.
