This trim is very fragile and takes a lot of care to remove. I am wanting undamaged pieces.

yeah i know is a little frustrating and time consuming. i cant imagine a lot of these guys that have their cars painted that they removed them when repainting the car. however, thats the only way to get a solid paint job.

Mine were all removed when it was painted... Only ones that stayed were the rear window seals and the quarter windows... those are impossible to remove without glass removal on my year.

I removed them all on my car and refinished them, but I wish there was a replacement option.

Sorry for hijacking,

But do you have any pics on here of your two black z26s? Or a thread on either or both? Long story short, I had a black z that got totaled and love looking at any and all black zs. Also, is one of them for sale? Not that I could buy, but I remember seeing a black z26 for sale in pa. Here. Thanks

When my GTZ was painted they took the quarter windows out, and the back window and windshield, and didn't damage anything, but said they would never do it again, LOL!

I actually have a picture of the car with the doors off an no glass at all. They did a great complete job.

I think we all hate all beretta trim because we all know someday it will be impossible to come by and we will have to find some sort of replacement for it, OR pay out the ASS to have something re-produced somewhere that can server the same purpose.

Go to "Rodneydickman.com" and on the left click on "fiero tools" and the tool is called a dew strip removal tool.
