1995 quick strut options

Post by Calenatar »

So I work at a parts place, and I get a hefty discount on parts. We carry monroe struts/shocks. Looking in our system it shows a 71921 and 71922 sensatrac strut for my 95, but not a quick strut. now looking at our system it shows a 171921 and 171922 quick strut with the same sensatrac strut in it...but it isnt listed for the 95. anyone know if it'll fit, or if not why? Thanks

Any strut from 87-95 will fit providing it has the correct mounts for the strut. 1996 ones are only different in the size of the holes where it mounts to the knuckle.

Be aware that when you use this quick strut option you are swapping out your FE3 Z26 springs for a OE equivalent spring to a base model or FE1 suspension. It will not respond the same way.
