Thanks for the input... sorry I'm not familiar with all my options.... Hence why I asked..
I went a little different route.

Walbro GSL-392 GSL392 In-Line Fuel Pump 255lph High Pressure w/ 400-939 Walbro Installation Kit

I don't understand the reason for going with a inline pump when there is a drop in tank pump that will last much longer. In tank pumps are more reliable due to them being submerged in fuel and kept cool.

The other issue here was you never stated what you have for an engine setup (I'm assuming it's not the same as the first post outlined in 2007)... if it's just a 3400 then you could have just bought a OEM pump for a V6 model and been done with it. I was running on a stock Camaro pump in MS and had zero issues, I only need the walbro due to my nitrous.

I asked a few hot rod guys and a few friends who run some supras. That is what they recommend. They have had great luck with them. They did mention it was more than I'll need but it will leave room for upgrades later if wanted. The engine is stock but at this point I just want it to drive. Then later I maybe boost it and add an upper intake and such.

That's like asking a foot specialist to fix a neck injury.
May be a doctor, but the wrong doctor to be discussing it with.

I'd just use a typhoon or syclone pump.

Well I installed the new pump. Pressures came up to 40 Psi prime. Still had starting problems, but would run better. After a few starts I smelled fuel, and saw a fuel leak coming from one of the injectors. One of the retainers were missing. Pulled the 3100 injectors off and installed my 3400 injector and rail. Rewired the connector and rerouted the ECT sensor wires. Flashed the IFR to the proper amount and primed to about 50 Psi. Started up and ran great. I'm going to let it sit for a few days and see if she will fire up.

Update: My dad tried starting it tonight. Doing the same thing. Starts for a second then dies. Seems like it's losing its prime.

How did you configure the pickup in the tank for this inline pump?

The return line from the old pump sits on the bottom so I installed a filter on the end of it with a 90 degree. Removed everything else I didn't need. So the return became the pickup and the pickup became the return.
Kind of like this:

Well tonight I went over to the garage. It didn't start the first try but the second time it did. I did some logs on it because it was having a rough idle. After awhile I started the car again and it fired and stayed running. I check my fuel pressure and prime is around 60Psi. Car running its around 50Psi. Also it doesn't leak down for awhile. But as I was doing some logging I saw that LTFT is almost maxed out. It ran about +19 to +20. My STFT was ranging from -2% to +2%. ECT was 100 F. The STFT seems decent but the LTFT is not right at all causing a lean mix. But it never threw a fault for it. I'm gonna look at some info on it tomorrow. I ended up just cleaning the garage up.

The LTFT is not "causing" a lean mixture its correcting for a lean condition... The short term fuel trim is an instantanious correction for a lean or rich reading from the O2 in closed loop. The long term fuel trim is the value that the ECU has saved in specific cells that it had to constantly do in order to correct the O2 readings. the STFT drives the LTFT in the end so when you reset your ECU you will see zeros on the LTFT and very high STFT's until the ECU learns and saves those values. For a correctly tuned car you will not see high numbers at all... Mine stick between 0 and +3 on the LTFT.

SO you have one of two possible issues going on... The values in the ECU are not correct such as the injector flow rate or something else... OR you have a vacuum leak causing the MAF to read lower than how much air is actually making it into the engine.

This is standard tuning 101... You need to verify all your values in the ECU to ensure the setup tables are correct and then you would move onto the procedures for doing a VE tune and then a MAF tune. Both of these re-calibrate the tables for efficiency and then re-calibrate the scale for the MAF sensor since your intake track has changed so it's flow characteristics have also changed.

I'm pretty sure my IFR is correct but ill double check. Well sounds like I need to start reading the tuning information. Meanwhile I am going to finish the interior now and prep for paint.
Thanks 3x00.

Remember you started with a 96 Beretta 3100 bin file... The IFR may be correct if your using 96 Beretta Injectors but the flow characteristics of the 3400 top end vs 3100 are completely different. You'll have to do a VE tune and MAF tune to correct for that change.

From what I have read so far, the car needs to able to drive for those scans to be done correctly. So I have some work to do before I get to involved in that. I guess it makes sense that you would have to give the tables a different value because you changed something.

Well I have been working on the car a little bit. I put my tuning stuff away and started putting the car together so I can drive it. I put insulation in the roof and side panels. I will get a picture of that. I got the front of the car together somewhat. I need some fog lights. I found the left side on ebay, but I need the whole mounting bracket. I have not seen any decent looking aftermarket fog lights for our cars. I need a right side fender from the JY. Then the real test came. And it failed. I wired up an alarm/keyless/remote start system, electric windows, and locks. The alarm system didn't respond so I had to pull the dash back out. I quit at that point. Might as well start over tomorrow.

I had to remove the dash and recheck all of my newly installed wire and alarm controller. After a few days of bench testing things, I found out the alarm brain was bad. Company gave me a new one. Dash is back in and I sprayed the floor with a sound barrier. Also rear brakes were not working. Crack the drums coming off. Found whoever installed the brakes last but the wrong side of adjuster on. I replaced basically everything but the bearing. Brake lines broke so had to bend in new ones. Bought some fog lights, but I will have to make my own mounts for them. I still have to wire in the doors and the window switch along with some other items I want.
