Been thinking about grounds and power wires. There is no set rpm range where the cut happens. Today it was held in first, running it up to keep speed and using it for slowing down. Multi pulls from 3k to 4k were done. One time there was a loss of power there. Stopping at a stop sign and starting off again just after that showed no loss at the same rpms. There is a signal or something like it that is making this happen. Almost too many random cuts for it to be a sensor(almost).
Back to power or ground: at a light if it sits long enough it will cut out. The headlights dim and the tach jumps above 1k(about 1,200rpm) for a second and then everything is normal until it happens again. Still idles a bit rough, but it always has(unless new parts are put on). Guess a rough idle could be shaking something loose. Sure seems as if there is a massive voltage loss.

The stud on the back of the alt was/is loose. Think it would be best to get another as there is no time to pull it apart. KS is in with no change. The FPR has a gas smell, but it's not real strong.
On the FPR is there an O-ring on the fuel line? The new one came only with an O-ring for the rail.

New alt and crank sensor, no change. FPR is next.

Is it just me or is anyone else thinking clogged or somewhat blocked cat? Neighbor did say the car is much quieter than normal.

Using a dead blow hammer the cat was checked, nothing but the heat shield rattling. The muffler made no sound at all. Do to rain there was no chance to test the inlet and outlet temp of the cat.
It seems(again) that there is a voltage or total signal loss. More of a signal loss to me. After doing some pedal tests the loss can come at any rpm. Pulled in and hit the throttle in park to see what would happen. It died. Hitting the gas doesn't keep the engine alive. Thinking now it must have something to do with the computer.
Just FYI: lets say it dies at a light. It must be started in park. Going to WOT in drive will make it cut, but it sometimes gets past that and will go all the way to the shift point with no other cut outs. Driving after that is normal as long as the throttle is not pushed too far past the normal. Holding it in a gear makes it cut less, but that seems to be due to less load.

Fixed. Coolant temp sensor was bad. Accel coils do not work with this ECM. Swear that they have some built in dwell(read it somewhere). Back to stock coils and no more cut outs.

Thanks for all the support to all that posted. Sorry guys, my fault on the coils. Many of you told me not to use them. Stupid is as stupid does.
