Sorry about the delay.  I have been doing more research than development.  Most of the time and money have been spent on the C5 which also a daily driver.  Including a kit I bought recently which will force a little extra into the cylinders:

My modified version will not be that quick and slightly detuned.  . Remember there is a trickle down effect.

I love how the Vette's sound.  That terrible squeak has got to go....  Very annoying.

Sounds like fun though.

I need an X-pipe on the wagon.....  (vroom, vroom)

The X-pipe will definitely change the exhaust note by evening out the exhaust pulses.  It will also enhance torque.  Currently running SLP LT with two H-pipes and Z06 Ti mufflers.  Really like the setup even without cats and thing it will compliment the Beretta when it sees a Mustang or Corvette...bikes too.

Here is a video with LT headers and highflo cats and stock Ti exhaust:

I definitely love the sound of the new generation small-blocks.  My mom's '02 Sierra Denali 6.0 has a setup with the stock manifolds, dual (stock) cats and dual (Moroso Spiral-Flow) mufflers (like 2 3/4" pipe?) and then join into a single outlet.  About the best sound I've heard out of the new engines (it's a much deeper tone than a 'vette)

Either way, you need to stop slacking-off norm!

The exhaust seems to reflect cam shaft profile.  The trucks are tuned for torque.  I think their cam profile is short and wide compared to the LS1 which will have a taller, narrower lobe.  Might be why 4 bangers with similar cylinder bore as the V8 sound buzzy with the aggressive cam profile.  Don't matter what cam shaft is in the 90 V6 it will still be loud.  Even with turbo housing chopping up the exhaust pulses.

I did not even get the blower on the vette yet.  But am in the process of mating Beretta to a C5 convertible chasis. Stay tuned for more pics.

Just need to visit the local Dent Wizard and the latest driver will be ready for the road.

Looks like a nice ride.  What is the yard the car is sitting in?  If that's a junkyard (which I highly doubt), we need one of those here

Glad to hear you're still getting some work in on the Beretta, Norm.

KFLO, if you had an LSx you would get the fever too.  My friends Camaro SS has a tune and a Loudmouth and makes 292 hp on a mustang dyno, thats OVER 370 hp at the crank.
I can only guess that CTS-V will rip off very traction limited 13.4's like my buddies SS does since the V has 400 hp (probably underrated).  BTW, top speed in that SS was 178 MPH, hes a pilot and has gone faster on land than in the air    .

I know you'll have fun with it Norm.  I wanna see a 11 sec DD beretta first though

SS's were governed at 160mph.  292rwhp is nothing to brag about coming from an LS1.  I have over 360rwhp from an L79(over 460hp at the crank, using a 29% power loss which pretty much bang on for my vehicle)
