Planning update/information

Hey everybody!

As we grind ever closer to Bfest '08, I would like to keep you guys in tune to what is happening as we get things rolling.  Here is what we have accomplished so far and what we are currently working on:

Hotel: As mentioned on the email list we have secured about 40-45 rooms at a hotel in the Clifton Hills area of the Falls.  Our 3 night average (with parking fees) is just shy of $98 CN per night.  Further hotel information will be available ONLY once you register!

Toronto Motorsports Park: Eric Brennan has helped us to land both drag racing and road course racing at TMP.  Keep posted to the posts on this topic for more info.  (www.torontomotorsportspark.com)

Park Reservation: We are currently in the process of securing our park for the car show and picnic.  Our choice that we are going after is located in the Queenston Heights Park (www.niagaraparks.com/garden/qh_park.php)

Webpage update: We will be updating the Bfest webpage on beretta.net in the next week or so.  All current info can be found here, including the link to registration when it opens. ÂÂÂ

Registration Fees:  Due to rising costs and added events year after year to BerettaFest, we are forced to raise our fees for the first time (ever).  The new annual (base- before any added reservations like the Heritage Center last year) will be $20 per car/driver and $10 per passenger.  This is an increase of $5 over past years, and will keep our event at a high level for the future.

Registration: We are looking to open up registration within the first two weeks of March.  Please keep posted to here or the webpage for further info.

Thanks again for keeping our event so strong!  Hard to believe that this is the 20th anniversary of the first model year Beretta...  collector plates?!  We will keep the community up to date as things progress further!!
