Try Millenium Transmissions, that's where I got a Grand Am trans for my Beretta. The cost was a lot less than I would have had to pay for a rebuild.

Up to a 99 4t60e will fit, you just need to change the side cover over to the 6 bolt structural one so the motor mount will bolt up to it, and if you have a 94 or 95 you need to swap the ring off of the diff on to the new trans diff, so your speedo is correct, otherwise you would be 5% fast.

Wait, never mind your talking about the regal right? Not the Beretta?

yep my 91 Regal coupe . im sure any 91 Regal trans will work as long as its a 3.8

the one side (orig) of my exhaust had rotted out so which i broke it off and put on a "welded" Thrush muffler (not glass pack) and oddly i thought it would be louder but it got quieter which sucks cuz i wanted it louder
