Seems like it is flooding out on acceleration

here's the problem. Went to the mall parked(everthing was fine) got back in drove five blocks and all of a sudden it's starts to bog(like it's flooding out)
At idle in park i can hit the gas a no problem (very little bogging) .
But when i  put it in gear and try to go i get major bogging(like it's flooding) almost like sputtering.bup,bup,bup,bup etc
any idea's
88 chev beretta GT 2.8
o2,crank shaft sensor changed recenlty.change plugs,fuel filter,and cleaned injectors but still runs like cr##. Funny when I drop to frist and get the rpm's up 2000-3000 seems to smoothen out.
what's nexted plug wires ,coil pack any one esle have this problem?

It actually seems like lack of fuel, check your fuel pressure first, should be 40PSI.  I'm guessing your fuel pump is going out.

Fuel pump in the gas tank or ? Location of it. Plese don't say gas tank.

To test the fuel pressure just hook up a fuel pressure gauge to your fuel rail on the schrader valve.

thanks going to test the fuel pressure tommorow. If it is not that could it be the coil pack.
One more thing when i did the plugs they were all dry and black (might want todo those more  often) does this give you any clues if the fuel presure is ok?

Yes it could be coil packs as well.

Thanks for the help guys. IT was the center coil pack,Change it and she runs great.
