Robert remember mint doesn't mean polished, that simply means they were not broken and cracked anywhere when he had them... If you could see the scratches I guess that's not an issue and probably shouldn't be mentioned. But if I were you I would see if there was any insurance on the box when shipped if so claim it, you have pics of it being packed and I can only hope you took pics of the box when you received it if you questioned the contents.

If i ever need to ship panels like these i would use expanding foam Keeps all contents safe but would cost the buyer a little more for shipping.

I hate expanding foam... do you have any idea how long it took to get that axle shaft out?

If you do expanding foam you need to seperate it in half using garbage bags so you can just pull the two sides apart.

i posted the new picture IN this thread.. same one i sent you..

also need to remember, you only paid 20.00 after shipping for these!! it cost me almost double what i quoted you.. so i ate the loss..

sorry they broke DURING shipping, but they were wrapped and the box was full of paper. I shook the box and nothing moved.

You keep emphasizing the fact that they broke during shipping. But regardless of them breaking. They are dull and look like crap to me.I wasted 70 dollars on something i won't ever use on my car.And yes the second picture looks much better on an angle. Not like the first one in your thread where you see how dull they really are.I know i won't see my money back.I just don't like BS.

Robert im sorry but mint does not mean polished it means they were free of cracks and defects and from photos it looks like it was, While shipping damages happens and people overlook things if they were shipping in the condition as described i don't see why your still cluttering up this thread

OK, two things here...

If your dissatisfied with the product and resolution to the issue you need to forward all correspondence that will prove you were told otherwise on it's condition, secondly you should take photos of the item when it arrives if you believe the box used for shipping was questionable. You then should take photos of everything that comes out of the box, including any loose p :( arts that may now be a result of something breaking.

All of this needs to be posted with as a formal complaint in the FEEDBACK forum AFTER being done through PM and having it NOT resolved. As noted in the for sale threads it should not be posted in the thread you purchased the item from, OR prior to the seller having the chance to resolve the issue at hand.

I told you differently when I spoke to you Robert, but I would like to see you give the seller a chance to resolve this issue first and I also forgot about rule C in the for sale rules. My apology on that one.
3X00-Modified wrote: C. Disputes must be handled privately. If there is a problem or issue, you must first work it out amongst yourselves via PM, email or other communication methods. Do not post in the open forums until you have contacted the OP to first attempt to resolve the issue. Only report poor sales IF you have no success in coming to an agreement.

E. Use Feedback threads. Feedback threads enables other members to review transactions between a potential seller and other members and then determine if they want to do business with that seller.
*For those members who have had a good experience, then post a POSITIVE rating
*If there was an issue and it was resolved, please post a POSITIVE (because it was resolved) or a NEUTRAL rating
*If you have a bad experience with a member, and are unable to resolve the issue, then post a NEGATIVE rating and a short note describing the issue(s).
*In all cases, remember that you need to work it out, do not just immediately post a negative rating.
A feedback thread should only be started after something can not be resolved.
