I wish I could remember who the hell it was. I bought them off here, but it was probably several years ago.
The car was painted in 2010 or 11?

If it helps Jon they were the type where you peel off the adhesive side, stick it on and then pull off the front covering.

That would be a GTO then.

I have an original factory Beretta Indy decal kit unused still in plastic. I think it is complete. This kit from the original issue year as was installed by the Wilmington Delaware GM plant where I worked. Decal adhesive may be OK. All decals are still on their backing. These should be scanned as they are no longer available. Contact me for pics or purchase.

I have factory original decals for most years Corsica/Beretta, GTU, GTZ and regular production non specialty cars. These are original fom the Wilmington, Delaware GM Plant where I worked. Indy 500 in very limited quantities. These decals are still on their backing sheets and very old. Adhesive may be OK. They should be scanned for reproduction. Contact me if interested. My factory GTZ decal was on clear backing because it also had 2.3L DOHC 16 VALVE in red.

Well technically, it is a GTUSSEiZ34GTP L367F40Z51/FE3 L-body, but 'GTO' is shorter... :P However, it brings this to mind, so I don't think I should label my car as a GTO:

I always thought it would be cool to say "IMSA" on the car somewhere too. I do have a couple of 'badge' emblems on the car, '3800 Series II', 'SUPERCHARGED' and 'FE3', but it is more of a 'sticker' car than a 'badge' one, so I might be inclined to focus more on decals if I can get decent looking ones made. A Z51 decal would be cool, since I have the rear-sway piggy-backed in and the front sway from a Z51 car installed. I am currently thinking of adding something like this somewhere on the car too, probably either on the fender or possibly the quarter-panel underneath the side-molding below the GTU decals:
Since the engine is an L36 and L67 hybrid, and since it is a direct descendant of the famed Buick 231 CI turbo-six found in the Grand Nationals, I thought something like this would be acceptable on the car.

I'm not happy with the font though, and some styling needs to be worked on in respects to the arrow, but our computer that had Photoshop on it was stolen, so this is just a quick Paint throw-together...

Woody, I would definitely be interested in that GTU decal font-work you have, if/when you have time, I would like to figure out what would fit into that best. Let me know what you think about it, and if you will be disbursing the vector work for download or dealing with a printer for the graphics personally and re-selling on the board or whatever.

GTU Decals scanned.

I found a new person to cut banners for me if anyone wants one.

I'm still trying to find a better decal place that can print Metallic Charcoal because right now I'm not even getting any reply from the other decal place that I started with... Kinda pissed at that.

Hey, I forgot to update this...but I actually just finished vectorizing the GTU decal on Friday. Got all the characters of the "2.8 multi port" font done, but not the actual font file creation yet. Typelight won't let me import vectors. Jon, do you have a GTZ decal by chance?

Here's the stock 2.8 version. I have an EPS too but it won't let me upload it.

Update: File deleted.

Ok then... You spent much more time making the font for the lower letters as well as making everything very straight edge... I just scanned it and isolated it, I hadn't really gone crazy with the vector stuff so my edges are a bit unstraight.

I do not have a GTZ decal... All I got was a GTZ lettering that's cut from vinyl, It's the same font as the GTU, I don't know what it's supposed to say below or what that font looked like.

"2.3 D.O.H.C. 16 VALVE"

I have a pic from my old car, but not a clean copy of the "Z" to do it. That's all I need.

Scanning what I have, maybe you can use it.

I was messing with straightening out the GTU lettering this AM just to get a handle on all that anchor stuff, since I didn't spend alot of time doing that on the Indy stuff.

Here is the GTZ Scanned and just traced and expanded... I did not modify any of the paths, so good luck with that... the cut on this vinyl is very rounded and I'm not sure if the stock sticker is very square edge or not.

Sweet. Can you post just a raw scan JPG? I don't use the tracing feature on text or geometric logos...it's more work to correct it than draw it from scratch. I have an old GTZ logo I did in college that's close I can use if you dont have a copy of just the scan.
