forum traffic?
New member rejoined. Seems this forum is a lot slower then it used to be, or so i remember it being. Im hoping its because of the time of year and everyone is enjoying their rides while they can for those who store them during bad weather. Is this the case, or has activity slowed down that much?

It's moving at a normal pace. You should have seen it three years ago. Every new post was read by each member because it would be the only one for a week.

Re: forum traffic?
Facebook is killing this forum... No one wants to go here anymore because its "too hard to post and facebook is easier."

Re: forum traffic?
sometimes it bugs me on this forum too because a lot of people ask for PN's for factory replacement parts... All I do is search on Rockauto and give them numbers... I don't understand why its so hard for them to do it. I also see this first hand in the real world because my wife is a HS science teacher... man kids are so lazy, if you don't stick something right under their nose they sit there saying "I'm confused" "I don't know what to do"bagged_and_loud wrote:Its sad just how true that really is.themixer wrote:the world is lazy i guess

Re: forum traffic?
I think we need a new Moderator of the Beretta FB group..
I have the CorvetteForum page "liked" on my facebook just because I like Corvettes..
The Moderator of that page posts a link to the active topics all the time.
If we did that with our few active topics at the moment (maybe like Asylums new build topic) maybe posts would start coming into the forum more often.

Re: forum traffic?
I noticed that with the W-body forum.. you can "like" people's posts but they don't call it like.. its "thanked".. which was kind of odd at first until you read around the forum a bit and got used to it lol93GTZguy wrote:I think some forum versions are more facebookish...but that would take a major overhaul of the site...annnd then its still not facebook.
Edit: went and looked for an example.. the third post..
