A lot has changed.
Today, I got up early, and me and grandpa installed my new-ish left taillight I took from a j/y 96 base 2.2 5 speed back in the fall. We also sealed up some more cowl leakage nearer to the firewall up front.
Then I went junkyarding. And hit the jackpot....
These came off a 96 light blue on blue 3100 base, with 67k actual miles. It has been flipped violently in a ditch, and the roof is mashed all the way down on the headrest. Poor car. I'm pretty sure it's one that I looked at and considered trading my car in on a few weeks ago, because 67k is the mileage that car had too.
There's only a couple cracks in the top filler, and that's from the accident. I paid 20 bucks for it all.
And then I spent around three hours vacuuming and cleaning the interior of the Beretta, and washing and Turtle Wax Ice-ing the exterior.
I beleive my efforts paid off. Too bad it'll be filthy again pretty soon.

Aaaand here's the Burrito! Again.

That car just looks amazing. How do you like that Turtle Wax Ice? I saw that the other day in the store, but I ended up getting Meguiar's NXT Tech Wax.

I love it! The stuff works great, and it really makes the car look like I just gave it a complete wax job even though I didn't.
....It smells good too.

Thanks for all the nice comments!
A color matched grill is on my list of plans for spring. I thought about losing the pinstripe, but I like how it ties together my whole garnet/silver thing I have going on.

It ties in nothing and ruins everything. But to each their own
Take a look at Dustin's car without the pinstripe. Way better.

I have to say, I am really impressed with how that car turned out.
Geoff, you made a good choice with NTX. From my experience, that Ice stuff isn't very good. NTX Rocks.
And I agree with Chris. Loose the pin stripe and the BERETTA side emblems. Then, replace the rear CHEVROLET emblem with a NICCCEEE GTU one. They look AMAZING compared to the stock ones.

Hmm....I may have to try the NTX. Anything that smells nice and makes my 14 year old GM paint shine is good with me.

It looks really nice! I miss having a Beretta whenever I see one...
Does it have the 3.1 in it?

No, unfortunately for my lead foot but fortunately for my worrisome family, it has the gutless 2.2 Auto combo.

i always liked what u did w/ that car and i like the pinstripes myself but i would get rid of the beretta things in place for gtu badging and when u get those fillers in and get the color matched grill that car will look that much sweeter
