Not paying for an item that was never shipped, well I don't see the issue there. I see lost interest; and with the issues others were having I think its better that I did not send you payment.

Also questioning what I said about you, IIRC there were quite a few border line inappropriate things stated by you about Asylum when he was in the hospital and not able to ship items.

I'll leave it at that and if you clean up your mess I will remove this thread. Until then buyers have the right to know your not in a stable position to sell and ship parts. Sorry honest truth, and you don't want to share that condition; so others will paint their own picture, I can't stop that one.

I for one can attest to the frustration and the inevitable negative feedback when things come off the track and all hell breaks loose in your life.

These cars and the framework around them become rather insignificant as far as everything else is concerned.

I was guilty of that for a time and took the brunt of criticism and negative feelings.

People can and will understand if you are upfront and at least somewhat available.

I was wrong, and should have made a better effort through Barb to contact folks, but that was a lesson well learned.

The ONLY complaint I have now is that I had a solution to fix this a long time ago but he never responded to my messages. He said he didnt have the money to ship so I sent him message after message saying I would send more money to cover the shipping so it wouldnt come out of his pocket. That way this whole thing would have been done and over with.

I think the LEAST he could have done was keep in communication and at least let me know whats going on..
But that didnt happen..

In the end.. At least he is fixing it so at least he cares. If he didnt care he wouldnt be putting forth effort to fix it.

Thats my thoughts on everything..

I have no idea. Brett told me he is working on it. I'm buying a few more things off of him. Brett said he will ship first so he should have at least part of it

uncle and I are working together right now to resolve this by me getting him some much needed interior parts which I am slowly locating (hard to find in good condition stuff). A couple of the parts I recently listed for sale are going to him as well. I'm sure he will update this once he has a few of the new things he requested. Once again, I thank uncle for being understanding and working with me and I hope he knows I never intended this to happen!

FWIW he got me my Sunroof bag and other things for it in what I felt was a timely time frame.

No, he is banned from here due to his attitude and I think now banned from the Facebook group too... You will have to personally fix this by either calling him or something else getting law enforcement involved but due to it being a personal online transaction I don't know what they would do or if they can even do anything.

Was talking to him on fb, he claimed he would ship parts before i sent payment than he lost communication, week later i saw he deleated his "company" page on fb
