BeWare these Bad Traders

"I recently found a complete set of ground effects with the spoiler and closed grill on Beretta.Net. I had sent the guy $325 for the parts and he emailed me back saying that they would be sent the next day or two. We were in touch and he let me know that they were on the way and I should get them in two to three days. I never received them. I tried emailing this guy, but I got no response. I asked for an UPS number and he eventually got back with me and said he had none. At that point, I knew he was lying to me and he ripped me off. I continued trying to get a hold of him, but with no luck. The last time I spoke with him was when he told me he had no UPS number. I had a mailing address also, in which 2 certified letters were sent. The first was accepted and the last was returned to me saying that he had moved and he left no forwarding address. I lost my $325 to a man that does not care what others think and who he hurts. I contacted a lawyer and had gotten some advice. It would cost too much to pursue it, so I just dropped it. I learned a very expensive lesson and plan not to do it again. I now buy off Ebay, because they back everything up. I am not saying don't buy off Beretta.Net, but check things out before purchasing. There are people out there that will tell a story, just like the one I got, to get a couple bucks. By the way, this ungreatful man's name is Eddie Turner. Watch Out!!!

Thanks,

BerettaMan"

Eddie Turner Port Jervis NY

He supposedly had front and rear gfx as well as a fender, solid grille and 2 front seats out of a GTZ. Agreed that I'd send 1/2 the money before and half upon recieving my parts. That was Oct. of 2001. In Feb of 2002 I gave up trying to get anything out of this guy. He goes by a few names on AOL's Instant Messenger "ETKole18" and "Turnerusedparts" and I've heard through another person that was ripped off "BargainBelts". His email adress is etkole1981@hotmail.com. I also have his home address, but beware if you come across anyone of a similar name. I was only out $175, could have been worse.

By the way There is a few people who've been had by this guy, I know of 2 plus myself that have filed a claim with the FBI's Internet Fraud Dept www.ifccfbi.gov and encourage all others to file one as well. If there's enough complaints something might get done.
