2.8/3.1/3.4 engine rebuilds
The block is the same but a 3.1 will come with larger bore and the cylinder walls to accomadate it. It can handle an overbore to 3.2l but a 2.8l just doesnt have the material to do it. Its physically the same block on the outside, thats about it.

Norm had a 2.8 but when he rebuilt it he went to 3.1l of displacement then bored it to 3.2l

I tried many different intake configs. I even screwed with the brackets and faced the cone like on a 3100. Every single time I changed something I coud feel the effects. For the 50th time! I love how my car looks and it handles well. However over bumps(not potholes perse) the car is a bit bouncy for my taste. For all I know Eibachs would be the same but my Bro's 300zx with Eibachs wasnt bouncy in comparsion. I wish I could drive my exact car with Eibachs to know...

Huh!!! I never said that. I said all Beretta's had aluminum heads and the only one that had an aluminum block was the REAL indy pace car.

I have never had a prob with bottoming out with the Intrax. If you turn the steering wheel all the way you get a minor rub but I am running 225/50/16's. My only complaint is they are a little bouncy over bumps otherwise I am happy with em.
