Re: One fine Beretta!
I'm diggin' the hoodscoop, reminds me of Weba's car. Kudos on the hard work required to get your car looking like that. So this car has a 3800 SC in it? Who did the swap? A little secret here  : In 2005 or so, you could add a scoop on the hood of your Dodge Ram at the Chrysler\Dodge dealershi...

Re: 3800 S.C Beretta swap
3X00-Modified: I'm looking forward to try it on the Dyno! The swap was done only last winter and to make a long story short, I didn't have a lot of money to put on this so the car works fine but the job was done quickly and I do not fully trust it's reliability on mid-long term. I "try" t...

Re: 3800 S.C Beretta swap
I can confirm that no modifications to the frame was made on my car. It is a tight fit for sure, but it fits like... a tight glove I would say! We had to relocate the cooling fan on the other side of the radiator. My mechanic had to build at least one engine mount, I'll have to confirm for the other...

3800 S.C Beretta swap
Hi all, As requested, I will use this topic to share information on a 3800 S.C swap in a Beretta Z-26 1955 (L-Body I think?) First of all, I'm not a professionnal mechanic. I have done my share of mechanical work, and even dismanteled my original 3100 engine all the way to the lifters and back toget...

Re: One fine Beretta!
Well, again, thanks for the comments on my car, I appreciate it! And I also agree that this style cannot be liked by everybody :) It's nice to see that you all seem to appreciate a work well done though. About the 3800 swap, I'll be glad to give all the information I can, pictures, videos, parts num...

Re: 3400 swap question
Of course, if a 3400 drop in w\o changing whire harness and other parts, I guess it is still WAY better than the good old 2800... so reliable
In any case, if someone is ever trying to drop a 3800 in a Beretta, I can probably help saving time and money.

Re: One fine Beretta!

Here are some parts I used on the car: -Acura Integra headlights and aftermarket spoiler -Dodge Ram hood scoop -Mustang aftermarket backlights I have built the bumpers and sideskirts from scratch. One fine Beretta!
Hi all. I'm glad I found this website. I am a former bodyworker who had an idea once, it was to modify an unusual car to beat in style all those import cars for which you can buy manufactured already modified parts. I also needed to test my bodyworking skills. I choosed a Chevy Beretta 1995 Z-26. Af...
