k&n type filter(will it help)
Yeah, if you're already running premium that's good enough fuel for it. I would look at an intake of some variety, and some exhaust work for sure. The quad loves to breathe, so give it some love.

How many of these cars produced?
Yea, unfortunately the base engine for the GTs was the 2.2 in 92 and 93. However, I've only seen (2) 4 cylinder GTs in my life. So that leads me to believe that most were optioned up to the 6 cylinder. As far as actual production of a 3.1 93 GT... that might be tough to find. I know there are nu...

How are you liking the Rsx? That set up looks a lot like one I saw at the track last fall. Pretty much identical mods. He was throwing down 13.9s at 100mph. Ever since then I've wanted one, so I just had to ask you how much do you like yours?

LS1 valve springs, will they work?
LS1 Valve springs for $1.52 each? Are you sure your guy looked up the right part? I know the dealership discount, cost + 10%, but there's no way in hell $1.52 a piece is right.

What year 3400 LIM is tapped for our coolant pipe?
One of the last 3400 swaps I was in on was an engine from an 02 Impala. The coolant nipple on it pretty much was shaped like a barbed coolant fitting. We just got approptiate sized heater hose and ran it over to the hard pipe that runs down to the heater core.

What year 3400 LIM is tapped for our coolant pipe?
Just use the pressed in set up, and get some heater hose and run it to the pipe. Viola! Fuggin $2 fix.

I'm sooo loving this. Especially pic 001 looking out at the dash and threw the windsheild. You're really doing it Norm, I'm soooo going to have to hump this car when you aren't looking.

Throttle body
Yeah, if you're looking for good power for cheap, jump all over the FFP Underdrive pulley. It makes 10 horsepower at 5000rpm, and that's where the 3.1 definately needs more umph. That plus a homeade underhood intake, with piping and cone filter will another 5hp, plus make it sound tough too. Fig...

Throttle body
Well, a 3400 tb won't bolt up. Different bolt pattern. Personally, having a 59mm tb on my 3.1, I wouldn't recommend getting one. The intake manifolds don't flow enough to require a larger throttle body, the stock one can move enough air on it's own. On my car I definately noticed more power up ...

CORBRETTA is born!
The smaller tire size will definately help the width. And hell, maybe maybe run some sort of fender flares as well as potential ground effects just to spread the body over its newly found track width a bit more. I'm loving every update of this Norm. I'm still amazed at how quick you're working. K...

I think some GTU/Indy gfx would add the needed depth to the body to make everything look right at home.
