update i got some carb cleaner and sprayed the airintake seem to helped a lot maybe that was it. going to drive it for a day then clean it some more see what happens

put a new TPS in still have the same prob

how do i check the TPS?

i have a 94 beretta with the 2.2L the engine surgers at idle and when holding the gas steady. but first starting the car for about 10 to 20 secs it runs smooth then starts to surge and if you turn it off and back on same thing hot or cold. i have change the fuel pump the filter, plugs, wires checked...
