ment to say heat cracks

My brakes have heat brakes and are kinda rusty and everything, I want to upgrade them
What would I need and how much would it cost?
Maybe disk brakes in the rear too? Possibility..

Cold air is the way to go, but difference is: Cold air intake sits outside of the engine bay and sucks in cold air from outside, it goes usually down by the fender.
