Oh yeah 96 beretta 88000miles (6500 on engine)

I didn't see any wrong in the hoses, so I cleaned the throttle body. Better, but still hesitation. I changed ever bulb in the dash and made sure everything was hooked up, but still no lights for the gas, speedometer temp light or drive indicator. Dimmer switch operates the dome light when turned.

I got a code 0441. Autozone said it wa the gas cap. I have a 3400(6500 miles on engine) in it. It has a slight hesitation on take off sometimes. My right rear locks up also. Same as you mentioned. New pads,dums, cylinder. Just the one wheel.

I read the 3400 swap page about 14 times. Why do you have to cut the extra stud off? Is it because it gets in the way?

I have a 96 also. To wht96 what sensors did you have to swap? I know the oxygen sensor is one. Any other sensors?

Are you doing the swap yourself or going to have a shop install it for you? The hardest thing about the 3400 swap that I encounterd was explaining to a shop that the engine harness transmission and other things swap together. They usually look at you like you are crazy as hell and have no idea. I'm ...

Thanks guys. I found one on ebay with 6000 miles for $550 including shipping. It's a 2004 3.4, so I won't have to worry about the intake gaskets.

I have a 96 beretta and I have a couple of questions? Would a 3100 from 2000+ and up bolt to the 4t60e transmission? Has anyone with a 96 and up done the swap with the 3100 or 3400? I have been hearing problems with the intake manifold gasket leak on both engines with proper up keep.
