part number, very very expensive if buying new, look at the J/K for a 3400 starter, you will find one pretty cheap there.  New price is 400+ at store, j/y is about $50....go to www.car-parts.com and look for a starter for like a 2001 grand am with 3.4.

talk to gordo, make a widebody kit, or just extend the fenders a bit and try and keep as sleeper as possbile.

GM sells one for like $30, it is called something funky like a Water pump pulley, but is actually the AC Delete pulley.

I have silverstars and def worth the money, these things rock, but I don't think those are what we are talking about here.  We are talking about the blue bulbs.  Silverstars look pretty normal for the most part.

Really, how many miles did it have on the clock when you got it??  There can't possibly be more than one out there that only had that many miles on it.

yeah basically what he said, anywhere, on the 3.1 and 2.8 the are also exposed to the weather somewhat so that really isn't a concern as long as the weather seals on the wires are good and the wires are good too.  Get crazy.
