Has anyone figured this one out. I just developed this problem and I'm a thousand miles from home. Comes out the cap, same thing but mine overheats like crazy. Just had a flush last week and yea the fan works. Mines a Quad, don't know if that makes a difference.

I was wondering, if I was building a 2.8 with a 3100 top end which one would I order?
