Im looking for the retainer ring that screws into the bottom of the manual shift plate to help retain the boot. I know they still Exist, Eric Wood said his car has one too.

Yeah i have yet to see a base Beretta with a clean decklid factory have a trunk popper. Everytime ive seen them theres something on the lid (luggage rack/spoiler). Corsicas on the other hand, i see with trunk poppers all the time, and we all know they never came stock with spoilers, save for the cov...

For now shes spoiler-less. I have my old deck lid from my GTZ which is drilled for a GTU wing, just need to get one here.

Wednesday morning, my wife gave birth to our son at 3:19am. He weighed 7lb 11oz and was a good 20 inches long. Born with a full head of hair, and perfect body, things couldnt have gone any better. His name is Jaxon Alexander

This is correct. But back then, the original was 1 7/8". All the replacement parts are 2", which should slip over and clamp down on the original smaller pipe.

Most of the early cars had 1 7/8" exhaust, it was pretty restrictive. I have seen some 87's and some early 88's have what appeared to be 1 1/2" exhaust, it was tiny! My GTZ came stock with 1 7/8" pipe, with a 2 1/4" double walled down pipe.
