is it theoretically possible to swap my 3T40 with a new one, for example with a GM 5L40-E trans or something similar??
I d love to have at least a 5 gear-automatic someday

I'm pretty sure I've found out the reason of the bubbling. Ronaconda was right. It was the cap! The cap wasnt closed enough. Thats why air came into the coolant tank and made it boiling and bubbling. I lost nearly one pint coolant thru the unclosed cap. Had to refill the coolant. I didnt know that I...
