Re: Project 91 "SS" 3400/5spd
What setup did you get for the vacuum pump and whatnot? I've been looking at some on Amazon to get since I need to deal with my car's lack of AC, and fix the AC in Jen's Z26, and the Alero, and the van...

Do you have a new one to put in its place? If not, check out Rock Auto - they have pictures of the mount. You might need to torch it out.

Try unplugging the TCC on the transmission. Should be a plug on the front of the trans, near where the ground wires go from the harness to one of the bolts connecting the trans to the engine block.

Re: COOLANT TEMPS
Sounds normal to me.
You could probably have a chip burned to change the temperature the cooling fan kicks on. I know that's one of the parameters you can change in the OBDII cars with a tuner.

Can you post pictures of the door jams, rockers under the car, and the rear suspension area between the spring perches, including the spring perches themselves?

Re: Brake pads/rotors: will shop install my parts?
Some shops will, but you have to ask around. You can try looking for a mobile mechanic that doesn't charge book rate and only charges actual time. May I ask what's preventing you from doing them yourself? It's very simple to do what you're asking as the rotors are cheap (no sense in spending money o...

Re: Market Value
The value will depend on the buyer; these aren't really collectors cars by any means, and while the Indy models in what you describe with the mileage being that low is desirable, it all depends on how much and how bad the buyer wants it. It would be great to see some pics of the car. Where in MI are...
