Trans Parts
Been awhile since I stopped by. Still got my old Beretta. Almost 290k. :good: Time for an engine and trans rebuild and I also have another vehicle that needs a trans done too. I normally use Rock for my engine related stuff. I had a site for trans kits and hard parts written down somewhere that 3400...

Need the Mobile1 x-long filter part number?
Need the part number of the longer mobile1 filer that fits the 3100/3400. Oil change is up this week and need to pick up the filter, but I forgot the number.
Thanks, Kenneth.

Re: Brake Problem, ABS kicking in?
Took off the sensors and gave them a good cleaning. They did have a ton of metal particles on them. About 1mm thick. Also took a brush and cleaned between the gear teeth incase there might have been anything stuck between them. Seems to be working fine now.

Brake Problem, ABS kicking in?
Randomly when stoping from a slow speed of about 5-10 mph. The brakes stop, then release and then catch again. Its almost like if you were stoping on ice and sliding a little. During this you can hear clicking in the driver side of the engine bay that sounds like relays. This makes me think its an A...

Re: Odometer Swap
Ah, did not know you needed different sensors. Just oil pressure? Or will I need others too?
Book isn't showing where the oil pressure sensor is. Guessing rear head?
Thanks again.

Re: My other half.....
Any major frame support damage? Doesn't look to bad. Just a ton to spend on replacement parts. Hope it isn't worse once the fender and fronts out.

Re: Odometer Swap
Whats the average oil pressure for a v6 retta?
Set the oil pressure to zero with the key on. Once running the gauge still goes to the oil can picture. I highly doubt my pressure is that high. Faulty motor on the needle? or oil pressure sensor?

Thanks.
And the Oil pressure with the car on? It went way past the oil bucket icon when turned on. Thinking I might have moved it.

Re: Odometer Swap
Whats the best way to realign the speed needle when you remove it? Or is it self calibrating? Kind of hard to get a pen in there to mark the shaft. So I haven't removed it yet. GPS the only way?

Odometer Swap
I know how to remove the cluster and everything from the car. All the plastic covers and all too. I mean the odometer reel. Do you swap over just the shaft with the numbers or do you do the whole little assembly? The bracket that has a tiny electric motor on it and the shaft with the numbers. Afraid...
